Dr Eric has worked in the field of dietary treatment of disease for over 30 years. He was involved with the opening of the Bristol Cancer Help Centre and continues to work closely with a wide range of professors, medical doctors and complimentary therapists to design nutritional support programs that benefit medical institutions, clinics, as well as individuals, including top Olympic athletes.
